Cancellation & Return Policy

In regard to our returns and shipping policies we have a set of pointers to convey, so kindly have a look at those before initiating any sorts of returns and purchases. 

  • We do not entertain any returns, only exchanges can be made.
  • Our exchange policy follows the pattern of one week, which means that you can request an exchange for your items within a week.
  • The items being exchanged should be in an intact manner without any damage to the product.
  • The original invoice as shipped with the initial order must be sent back with proper packing in case of exchanges.
  • Make sure that you fill in the right address for shipping as well as while getting your items exchanged.
  • Sale items can neither be exchanged nor be refunded.
  • All international orders will witness certain import duties and we do not take up any responsibilities for the same.
  • Shipping all across India is borne by the company, but international shipping will be charged.
  • We will ourselves arrange a pickup for an exchange and deliver you the right item.


You can request for Cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Overnight delivery is possible if the product is in stock.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

TAMIE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


TAMIE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
