Easy 7-Day Store Credit Returns

We want every Tamie purchase to feel exciting, not stressful. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

HOW TO RAISE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  3. We'll respond within 48 hours

STORE CREDIT POLICY

Returns initiated within 7 days of delivery are eligible for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be applied to any future order. A reverse shipping fee of ₹200 per item will be deducted from the store credit.

WHEN EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED

We recommend reading the full product description and reaching out to us before ordering — our team is available 24x7 on WhatsApp, Instagram, and email to help you pick the right size, fabric, and fit.

Exchanges cannot be processed for:

  • Minor colour variations (10–15% difference is normal due to screen settings and lighting)
  • Dislike of fabric or colour when product details were listed accurately
  • Change of mind after placing the order

SIZE EXCHANGES

Please refer to the size chart on each product page. If you're unsure, message us before ordering — we'll help you find your perfect fit.

If you receive an item that doesn't fit, email stylebytamie@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Size exchanges are handled case by case and depend on stock availability. A ₹200 logistics fee applies per item. Size exchanges are not available on sale items.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every order goes through quality checks before dispatch. In the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email stylebytamie@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • An unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once verified and approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup and ship a replacement within 10 days. If the item is unavailable, you'll receive store credit valid for 6 months.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.
